ADAMAWA STATE OVERVIEW:
Adamawa is a State in Northeastern part of Nigeria with its capital as Yola. Its generally made up of large picturesque mountainous land transverse by river valleys of Benue, Gongola and Yedsarem. The valleys of Cameroun, Mandara and Adamawa mountains form part this undulating landscape. Agricultural products such as groundnut, guinea corn maize, rice, millet, sugar cane, cotton are produced in the state. The state has large mineral deposits like lead, zinc, limestone and iron.
